RENTAL SERVICES

 We are a licensed real estate brokerage, and we charge a commission fee of no less than 1 month's rent to represent a tenant in locating and negotiating the rental of real property. No fees are due until a lease is signed. We obtain the right to collect a commission even in the event a landlord has hired us to represent them in locating a tenant and/or has agreed to pay our brokerage fee.  

*If applicable: We reserve the right to withhold property addresses until an official Tenant Agency Agreement has been signed and returned.  

In addition to the Agency Agreement and Disclosures, all applicants must provide:

• · $20 application fee for each adult age 18 and older (non-refundable)
• · Last two pay stubs (1 month)
• · Last 2 years of tax returns with W-2 (must have at least the previous year)
• · Employment verification letter including salary, length of employment, and position.
• · Proof of additional income such as Pension, SSI award letter, Subsidy, etc.…
• · Passport, State, or Government issued Photo ID
• · ITIN, EIN, or Social Security Card
